CHAITHANYA HAPPY HOME (CHH)
"... A project to prevent the second generation from getting into forced sexual slavery ..."
Chaithanya Happy Home (CHH) is one of CMM’s major life saving projects. It aims at being a model to prevent a second generation of children from going into forced sexual slavery by offering a "Home away from Home" where the children can enjoy their lives. At the moment, CHH houses 42 female children between the ages of 6 and 18 years. We are willing to expand in a larger scale if we could get the necessary funding in the near future.
CMM aims at this model project being replicated elsewhere in the State and across India in order to save such innocent and neglected children so that they have a safer lifestyle rather than allowing them to be exploited or abused.
Quality Education
The children are given the opportunity to study in a well-reputed English Medium School, thus they begun to live, grow and mingle with privileged peers.
Psycho-Social Support
We have qualified staff to take care of the children’s needs; addressing issues such as growing up as well as developmental assessments and the provision of necessary counselling if required.
Quality Medical Care
A qualified team of doctors, nurses and care givers is available around the clock.
Quality Nutrition Support
A well equipped kitchen with trained cooks prepares well balanced nutritious food without any compromise.
Extra Curricular Activities & Self Defence Skills
We encourage extracurricular activities such as karate, yoga, drawing/painting, music, dance etc.
Chaithanya Mahila Mandali kindly requests YOU to join us in our fight against the grievances that go along with forced prostitution in India. You can e.g. help through donations in kind or financially, promotion and volunteering.
To enable this project to succeed means enabling it to continue saving millions of innocent lives that would otherwise be lost.
